Haven't got into the details of the concrete yet (there goes my morning), but $1,000/t+ for non-halloysite kaolin from material of the average purity across GW is HUGE. That alone is 40%+ improvement on sale price used in PFS before we get to the MUCH more expensive halloysite for concrete. Come DFS early next year $0.20 is going to seem like an absolute bargain. So much to look forward to in the coming years.
