Funny, you would think if Trump has any clout with the FDA then when IHL applies for the FDA Emergency Authorization Access subsequent to clinical success in the Stage 2 Animal Trials that he would see that the study includes HCQ and would probably support it himself!

Interestingly, the team is looking at the final fixed dose to have less of each drug but to get the same efficacy to prevent any side-effects.
Next round of results will be very interesting.
