I still believe the instos and sophs etc. are letting the stock down by letting it drift so far between announcements (on no volume), leading to a build-up of people losing money who then sell heavily into the announcements to recoup, further suppressing the price.
I don't think IHL will run until serious support appears to churn through the weak hands. It's there, the last few days have shown how well it goes when there's interest, but when tomorrow comes and it's crickets again (from the investors) the same thing will happen next announcement.
The company is de-risking itself nicely though, so it's still a great long-term hold.
