"the $40m was oversubscribed."
That being the case I wonder why the company did not maximise the raising. I know they are restricted in the number of shares the Board can issue without shareholder approval but by my calculations they could have issued another 340,000 odd shares. Perhaps they are saving that capacity for other purposes. We can only guess what that might be or it could be that they have done the sums and don't need any additional capital.
