Maybe I'm being a little too cynical... But why release this now? No milestones have been reached. So it feels like an attempt to drum up some good news/positive attention to keep riding the good vibes in the sector. And if Mulgo rock doesn't go ahead then this might be the last chance to sell the optimising work that has been done here.
