Pretty hard to measure retention without time. Even for short term memory, you need to know how it performs as the chip is repeatedly cycled over tiem.

I have written to 4DS and other competitors about this in the past. 4DS have only ever quoted "satisfactory" and the other companies admitted it was based on modelled results. When its new tech with new materials, modelling would be a bit of a wet finger in the air. Even the other silicon based methods have involved quite a bit of change, so I view modelled results with some caution.
