Many people think they have this company and management figured out and believe they can sell off and wait for 3 - 6 months until next predictable announcement and eventual sale.
If they get lucky and pick near the tops and buy back in a lower levels on the dips they likely could have accumulated a large position with profits. Its all done at the risk of missing out by trying to get cute.
Plus David selling does not help regardless of what his reason is, some piss poor excuse of rebalancing portfolio reeks of 'I don't give a fk'
