I believe JM spoke of the battery issue in response to a question wither in the post-SOLVE trial results webinar, or in the most recent 'Meet the CEO' webinar with Reach Markets. The question was asked, and, from memory, JM spoke of the aspect of the manufacturing process that led to the fault being identified and modified, then began talking about the aim to produce a rechargeable battery. If anyone has a better recollection please let me know..

As for being careful about what management say, well, you are right in the sense that the words of any company's management cannot be treated as gospel- but I have been very satisfied with EBRs communication, clarification, the meeting of stated timelines etc.

I am curious as to why as a non-holder, you are interested in EBR at all? Mostly you seem sceptical and wary of this company, which is absolutely within your rights of course. May I ask, why the interest?
