Yes, of course I have no issue with anyone raising concerns, and I'm sure most here welcome caution, and double checking facts etc. Of course EBR comes with risks (please let me know of the company that doesn't!), some see them as prohibitive, other see them as reasonable and manageable. Fine. As long as the debate remains constructive and polite, we can all benefit.
I think the sticking point above was a different interpretation regarding the seriousness of the battery issue, and therefore management's subsequent response to it. Understandable.
The company's approach to commercialisation, marketing, and sales etc is a completely separate issue. I know a large chunk of the CR is to be set aside for establishing a sales force to move quickly upon FDA approval. JM has mentioned that the venues that do most of the procedures in this space are quite concentrated in the US, so they can pre-plan and target them fairly efficiently.
