Glad they can carry forward the 1st year overspend to the 2nd year. Also a 6 month grace period is mentioned to allow more time for earn-in if necessary, but it seems it will be easy to meet the next earn-in target.

0.9m USD spend requirement in the 2nd year is much less and will probably be fulfilled by the upcoming shallow drill program I suspect.

Most importantly this announcement really indicates to me that a massive dilution at current prices should not be necessary. Fingers crossed we'll see a small placement only to allow further drilling. I just wish we didn't have to cross our fingers so much with this stock. It's performed terribly since the last cap raise.
