I am guesstimating things will go well, but I bear in mind that in those trials the dosage was measured in mg/kg, whereas these trials are not; they are the same dose regardless of subjects weight.
But I figure if the dogs could tolerate 10X an efficacious dose (50mg), with no adverse effects, then a human should be fine with 4,000 mg.
