Its really looking good for successful trial results up to the 16,000mg/kg trial limit. Are there four stages left to conclude? At this rate we should see the trials end by August all going well up to the final dosage of 16,000mg
Anybody hazard to guess what the next step will be if this trial proves R327 to be safe in healthy males at all dose rates of this trial?
Will we then go onto a trial on people actually suffering sepsis in hospital? Or would there be another safety trial?
I'm feeling pretty confident about R327(maybe James Graham's confidence in his videos has rubbed off on me) but trying to work out a timeline until we're ready to take it the FDA.
