Yes I agree that there are still much higher doses to go - but 16,000 mg is a very large amount, well above the therapeutic window. The reason why I think this is significant de-risking event is that:
a) The body tolerates the drug at all, even at low dosages (no massive negative reaction) b) The drug has shown efficacy at dosages as low as 50mg.
