And the graph of bladder and kidney data above shows a dose dependent response, where an increase from 50mg/kg to 500mg/kg showed improved results.
So indicated to be efficacious from 50mg/kg, or 4,000mg for 80kg man over 24 hours.
But, if safe, there may be better results seen at the highest dose in the human trial of 16,000mg. Or roughly 200mg/kg.
