@RED328 MST access did the equity research report for Recce. in the report they detailed that CUBIST pharmaceuticals was purchased by Merck and Co for 8.4billion dollars in 2014. they compared the takeover because cubist and Recce are both in the antibiotics space. Merck and Co. not being an Australian company but I don't think any potential taker over offer would be limited to an Australian institution.
