I think the next capital raise will tell us a bit about their intentions. If it's large, we can assume they are going all the way to phase 3 on their own. If it's mild, perhaps a takeover not too far off. But if you and your family are pioneering the next penicillin, $1.07 is a long long long way away from an acceptable takeover SP.
