According to previous reported animal studies: All rats(10) survived Sepsis from S. aureus at 132mg/kg with RCE 327. 9 rats survived treated with Oxacillin 500 mg/kg and 4 rats survived untreated. Previously reported effective dosing levels from as low as 50mg/kg. So from this I'd deduct that 150mg/kg may be a possible workable dose in the treatment of sepsis. Much higher dose levels have been tolerated well in animal trials. In rats: Results of up 12,000 mg/kg/day was well tolerated from Days 1 to 4 (inclusive); with no mortalities or clinical signs. Humans are not rats. I think we die more easily. You'd do well by reading the results of trials that have been published by RCE. With a successful bacterial treatment I'd say RCE can be worth up to 100x more than now, but that is still some time off although there appears to be a reasonable chance of success.
With dosing levels from about 1333 mg/kg and higher effective against COVID we could end all the COVID pandemic drama if 12 000 mg/kg can be tolerated by a human(without complaints - - rats don't talk). That would make RCE priceless(maybe 1000x more worth than now) I'd have thought a cure for COVID would get more attention, but it is likely more difficult to pursue a treatment for an infectious disease. I think RCE can be a winner, but they must get to the finish line (Phase 3) first.
