It's worth noting that 327 IV doesn't have to be wonderfully tolerable at an effective dose. Chemotherapy (glorified poison) for example is highly toxic and has many side effects and contraindications but because it's for cancer, which is life or death, it is still given. Sepsis is also a serious condition and 327 does not have to be harmless.
