This isn't a Negative Nancy, this is Realistic Rachel. Due diligence is an ongoing thing, and asking questions when things don't make sense is something all investors should be doing. There needs to be some faith in a company and its management for shareholders, as we put our money in the company with the hope that it will grow. This faith comes from trust in the company doing what they say they are going to do, and their communication and plans making sense. So how is wanting to understand the rationale of a decision that doesn't make sense being a negative nancy? Grow up.
