spot on... however very poor form from whomever was responsible for going so deep into the SS without first clarifying that it would be allowed... thatis my first reaction... but as i think deeper, other things come to mind.
my guess is that either the original numbers for the ss were not good at all until they finally started to explore that western area... not convinced that is the case
or
the original numbers for the ss were okay, but as they uncovered the western zone, they realized it would be foolish to progress on the false assumption they would not be starting there first.. basically what you said
regardless, disappointed to say the least... it seems that it was snookered by the fear that yet another delay would cause in the ss... so they had to put somthing out, and were informed by the asx it would not fly...
hmmm...
none the less.. i fail to see why any assumed cobalt price could not be included at all... saying the project is viable based on an assumed cobalt prife of $$$ says a lot without saying too much.
