indeed, this is probably what irritates me the most... anyone who sees that document has market advantage now.... no matter what they sign, they know the likely expectation of the future as seen by cla and their exerts in more detail than us... regardless of the possibility it does not pan out... their knowledge gives them insider advantage.
Hand me the damn forms, I'll sign them, and then give me a look at the document as well...
