Yep, and don't forget that an interested Buyer can sign an NDA with the Company and have a look at the full SS right now.......
Great work ASIC on IS 214......material information comes into existence, but it can't be disclosed to the market.......but it can be disclosed off market to third parties (albeit, as inside information that can't be traded on) ........oh yeah and as management have access to inside information that can't be made public they are also prevented from trading ......
