It makes no sense to me:
We saw KRC SS which gave capex and opex numbers with nothing to back them up and it was just horrible
We saw AVZ SS that didn't consider tax, royalties, used theoretical transport routed and questionable commodity prices but after a back and forth was allowed to be announced.
We get to CLA and they are forced to gut a document - I assume in theory to "protect investors" from numbers that were based on some forward look assumptions (i.e exploration target) and what will the outcome be? Holders get shafted.
It's rubbish imo
