Not sure if Im reading it corectly but they said 78% Co recovery on fresh ore (to make the concentrate they lose 22%) and 81% recovery on sulphide concentrate (when they take the concentrate and process it they lose another 19%). So 0.78 x 0.81 = 0.63 or 63%.
