Is that definitely the case though? I understand its the logical and popular view.  But does it have to be viable, can it be marginal if not marginally un-viable and still be attractive to someone in the supply chain that simply needs the cobalt in the ground without the political and social issues surrounding reliability of sourcing it?  Given the actual price of Cobalt is subdued (and the EV revolution hasn't even begun), and people all along the chain have no real idea of what it will look like other than to say higher than it is now, i think anything marginal now or even slightly negative, still has significant scope GIVEN you have size and LOM on your side.
