Confirmation of it being viable would've been a stonker NPV figure accompanied with a lovely IRR. Quantitative doesn't lie, NPV/IRR doesn't lie - it's a figure that proves viability - numbers don't BS.

The company saying it's viable and progressing (with all due respect to BB) means very little. It is the go-to comment after a feas study - they're not going to say "alright everyone that was no good, time to pack up shop."

I'm all for finding the positives but people being upset/frustrated by this is completely justified. It's equally as wrong to stick your head in the sand and pretend this is a great outcome (it's not).

I have no doubt BB did his best for this study and would have poured his heart and sole into it, but without financial figures there is simply nothing to go off.
