this Crown Price Project looks interesting about $15M earnings post tax on 18 months production , guessing the mill they are in discussions with is blue bird, the Crabs use to run gravel plants from memory and are hands on operators .
A pit at Crown prince could provide a quasi decline down 100 meters to a portal for mining underground later , and the vertical dike structure looks similar to Andy Well although in this case 3 short parallel dikes but which could be accessed by drives off the same decline.

Some good thought has already gone into reducing dilution
" Blasting and waste mining will be at a nominal bench height of 5 metres and ore mining in 2.5 metre flitches for greater selectivity and grade control."

Not sure why they are looking to remove waste with ADTs though given they are only around 40 tonne payload , maybe it is due to too large a turning circle and width for 100 tonne 777s in small pits .
