Sorry for not comment earlier.
Talk about missed opportunities if I was to expressed my thoughts on the announcement bullet points I would be Moderated.
I have certainly expressed my thoughts to Icon.

When I read page one I almost sold. (Until I read John Bishops comments on the bottom of page one.)

Once you read into the announcement there are some very good points.

“ This model provided a net project cash flow (after capex, pre-tax) of $59M or an NPV (at 85 discount rate of 46 cents per share (again, Post-capex)” Centre of Page 2.

I am confident Icon will be rethinking as they missed a golden opportunity to the share price to move forward.
