Suspect its will be RWD that will heavily revise both mine gate capex and opex as i don't think they had enough engineering and earth work numbers at the time so used mostly conservative assumptions, have mentioned this before. Also there has been a deflation since this report in mining related services impacting opex. The other main difference between the two is the power assumptions.
