I'm surprised at the lack of HC posts on this one. pretty disappointing that RWD management just gave it away for a song ?? why not retain 10 - 15% equity or a production royalty ? they could have easily built this into the sale or even free carry JV it 30:70 but no instead they just hand it over for cash and a very small amount at that. not only did they give it away they increased their competition in the space they trying to operate in ?? there must be something fundamentally wrong with the project for RWD to give it away imo, either that or they thought the NT was insurmountable. still their thinking at the time was short sighted imo.
