I’ve been watching closely since they released the scoping study and have been asking myself the same question. They mention that their focus is now on negotiating and securing a toll treatment agreement with a couple of plants within 50km.

I haven’t had the time this week but it’s on my list to find out what plants they are likely talking to. Shouldn’t be hard to find out what extra capacity they currently have.

A quick google search shows at least 4 or 5 gold mines within 50km. And at least 15 within 100km. I’m guessing at least a few of these would have an on-site plant. Point is if they can’t get a deal with one of the plants within 50km, then I’m sure they could find someone within 100km which will still be more than economical. The scoping study was based on a gold price of $3500 and I think less than 50% of the current resource. So the extra haulage cost would be more than made up for at current prices and an expanded resource.

It’s just a matter of time before money starts moving into gold juniors/small caps. I expect WGR won’t be this cheap for much longer.

My neighbours house burnt down this week and our place copped a fair bit of damage from smoke and embers. So ive had my hands full. I’ll be looking to buy in once I’ve finished my own research into the company which will include diving a bit deeper into the toll treatment situation.
