Very excited for the company to continue now with the PFS and push ahead, We can't slow down, Europe needs a local source that is Zero Carbon Lithium to fit within it's newly implemented CO2 emissions passport.




To say DLE is not commercial is factually incorrect

Livent have been using it to process their strip solution for many years, in tandem with evaporation, using resintype DLE on lithium is not new.

They built the evaporation ponds in Argentina(like all other South American producers), at a time when environmental issues weren’t such a concern. It's a sunk cost, we've covered this.

Now, they have protestors camped at their gate, and water permits are not being issued, so there is an industry-wide shift towards DLE as a result, and it’s why you see new brine projects going down the DLE path - evap ponds just won’t get permitted.







Geothermal lithium projects still use evaporation to concentrate the lithium chloride. However it uses forced evaporation in a closed loop system so the water is recycled back down into the ground, and not lost to the atmosphere like solar evaporation. (imagine that, no huge enviro issue with protestors)





To evaporate you need heat......well guess what? Geothermal in bucketloads! That’s why geothermal could be a game changer in a world with such a focus on water and climate.

The Vulcan project will need detailed test work. It’s an early stage project, every project needs test work, even the operations up and running and failing like PLS at the moment. Hence the low market cap, but it's trade off is great reward.
