It is obvious these are in house test results as it is stated in the first two paragraphs of the announcement.

How have they ever pivoted from the United Stated target???

The whole announcement is correlated to transport costs to the United States. And the mention of other countries only comes as a point to the growing interest in the proppants.

Convenient timing to boost the share price???

What do they have to gain from an elevated share price before having to sell their shares???

All profit from the share sales will go to charity...

Don't continue to down ramp a stock and then try to make yourself sound unbiased by throwing a line in at the end when you have not only misrepresented the facts, but completely disregarded them.
