Biggest issue to me is they cant deliver on a timeline to save themselves. Its very difficult to think of one instance where they have said they are going to do something and delivered on time - the DFS on Swanson the biggest example but not the only - there are several. If they delivered on their timelines we would not have such a ridiculous sp.

The dilution is not a foregone conclusion if they pen a cash component agreement from the LOI.

The dilution cannot exceed 25% under regular circumstances. The dilution itself will not be the problem as there are so few shares on issue - its just disappointing if they have to raise at these levels as they wont get as much $$$.
