For the rest that do grasp it, yes today is a set back but the bigger picture is the drug works and there is a clear diabetic group who respond to this treatment very well (dare I say need this treatment in their lives) in addition to the FSGS sufferers who also responded. $75m mcap for that and other assets is cheap
