Sorry I do not think you can say that it has no effect on early stage disease. You can say on the numbers that over 12 weeks there was no reduction in proteinuria in those with lower levels of proteinuria at enrollment but to know if the drug has an effect on this group you need a larger study of different design to look at progression. Does the drug prevent those individuals progressing to higher level of proteinuria vs Standard care.
