I shouted a close GF (a nurse) & I a Cruise for our respective birthdays (40th & 30th), we both really needed a break & enjoyed the 3 days away from our respective families. We went on a different cruise, organised by other Nurse friends.
The sea was rough, the Zofran wafers helped, we partied hard & all of that would have been a struggle for anyone getting back to their cabin, with a disability, let alone us. We had so much fun & many laughs.
The biggest worry on cruise ships at the time was Norovirus. We weren’t worried already being exposed, we just did hand hygiene.. Now it’s COVID-19, a bit more scary, so won’t be doing another OMG, so great cruise for a while. I have heard the Comedy ones are great.. Steady Eddie is a Legend.
