Just in case there are concerns about the different confidence levels (p=0.04 for NTI-64 and p=0.003 for Daybue), the NTI trial consisted of 14 subjects while the quoted Daybue trial was a Phase III trial and would have had far more participants.
The "p" number is related to the probability that the observed difference is due to chance (i.e. not due to the treatment). Therefore a smaller number indicates higher confidence. Larger sample sizes produce greater confidence.
