I honestly don't know exactly what the product is in a literal sense - what its "nuts and bolts" are, how it works etc - but in my eyes R&D is the technology piece/platform, as distinct from the content. So if they believe they have a 'finished" product in that regard, it makes sense they're not spending on R&D. Creating content is not R&D.

I just am not convinced - not because I disagree as such, but I just haven't seen enough actual evidence - to decide whether we have a cost problem. It's simplistic to say we do simply because we're incurring losses.

All in my view of course, I don't proclaim to be the bringer of all truths!
But gee whiz, some sales would sure help the cause
