Think you'll find the split and resulting higher price has allowed them to list faster than if they aimed for $4, did you read the NASDAQ listing requirements/options for a direct listing? I would argue that given the NASDAQ has recently exited a bear market it will be good for Sezzle to list asap. Pretty sure that's what management are aiming for behind the scenes. You sound very ungrateful and I don't think you understand what dilution means. Or value. Or gaining.
