    Maybe its already had the desired effect?
    They've lobbed an offer, its drawn attention and now everyone is crunching numbers and re-rating the companies value.
    In bottom line terms, its cost them (Ibaera) nothing to make the offer and they have doubled the value of the shares they already own!
