Sure communicate with shareholders, but this day and age you don't need to create a 'postcard' and mail it to all shareholders.

I would imagine that emailing to most of your shareholders would be quicker (get the message out to shareholders in seconds vs days/weeks by snail mail), easier and cheaper (keep my money to build/invest in
the mine) than using traditional mail. The old school investors that don't have an email, sure, send them by traditional mail.
