    With remote working, I don't think the different jurisdictions pose much of a problem. Invex has always been light on the shareholder communication, but given their highly cashed up state, can understand the need to run a skeleton operation.

    What I'm interested in is why on earth this formulation is taking so long. Sure the UK was in COVID, but it seems to have really slowed everything down.
