They can still get the company delisted to my knowledge, you'll still retain part ownership but will have very limited options to sell and will likely never receive dividends.
Further down the line they may relist here or another country which could give you options but neither of those were scenarios I wanted to gamble with.
They now basically own the company, all its decisions and most of its profits, they are just as likely to just pull their offer and keep the 90%.
