Now that Hoctief bought so much Cimic shares at bargain prices, Hoctief can now afford to be generous to gain 100% of Cimic. So, I will receive dividends plus a new improved offer in 12 months time. But you have to make up your own decision. This is a takeover game and you have to play the game wisely.

Sorry g12m0 if Cimic Shares are listed for another year as you said could happen, but then you have the risk that Cimic share price could go back to it lows again, which that is possible, then Hochtief will come in and buy the rest at the low price, is that something you would be worried about.
