That is industry wide. Analysts look at the data, the market is undervaluing virtually every Junior mining stock - most are trading at or near cash backing with no market value put on assets. That is the GFC malaise - investors are running scared of anything that might cost money to develop.
As for CHZ and the Cannacord analysis - their share price valuation is still 39c at a gold price of $US928 - this project doesn't need a higher gold price, but boy will it fly if it does get one.
