Sounds like Management were asleep at the wheel again and didn't chase up proxies from the major shareholders in time and then looked at the lodged proxy count thru the share registry and found some if not all of the resolutions had been voted down for tomorrow's meeting.
ASIC shouldn't allow them to postpone for this reason but alas that toothless tiger won't bother doing anything here.
Talk about changing the rules after the event.
