so Shackleton is going to sit on his arse for even longer now drawing a wage whilst they find someone who can put the financials together - this guy is incompetent to the extreme but is just laughing at all shareholders whilst he drains the last of the companies funds - and no deadline set for when they are going to get the financials done and therefore be able to run their AGM - you’d have to think this company is dead in the water now. I use to own and sold months ago at a heavy loss - well done Shackleton - what a mess your resume is going to look like !! Unemployable after this. E
