Ann: Postponement of Annual General Meeting, page-7

This is dragging on. The resolutions were probably not going to be sufficient to give this company what it needs, went back to the drawing board, but it’s taking too long now. Would have been better to follow through with the AGM, then any additional resolutions be revisited at a EGM. While the product is good and market opportunity is great, the team/board that didn’t have the foresight or experience to navigate capital markets, so would like to see some focus by NGL on that by way of IR effort or board change, but at least give us an update please.
