Total Itabirite Hematite Resources - 5638Mt (33,4%)

If you calculate (similar for silver caiunting to gold-equivalent e.g.) for the smaller grades (reduce quantity to make higher grades):
Total High Grade Hematite Ore Reserves - 517Mt (62,2%) => 517Mt (62,2%)
Total High Grade Hematite Resources - 805Mt (57,3%) => 741,6Mt (62,2%)
Total Itabirite Hematite Resources - 5638Mt (33,4%) => 3027,5Mt (62,2%)

All together (@62,2%): About 4286 Ore-equivalent with 62,2%.
I think the current ore-price od about 100USD is for DSO (pls. correct me if I'm wrong).

That means, that there will be about 4286mt*100USD/t= 429,6 Billion USD as proved resources in their deposit.
With 1,5%of this value you could fully pay back the costs for rail and port.

And can be a lot more ore.............

So for me, the colleges who made the analysis of Sundance value have done nothing but big bullshit.
Each gold exploring company is valued by their proven ounces. Why not so for Sundance????
